ABOUT ME
In 2014 at the age of twenty six, I opened my first business, an eyebrow focused beauty salon. Although I had no business experience, I had a passion for brows and an intrinsic understanding of customer service which I believe is the foundation of it’s success today.
As a business owner, I have encountered every challenge that comes with running a business. From managing staff to financial responsibility, partnership dissolution to complete burnout.
I decided quite early on that in order to sustain my business & create a long lasting brand, I needed to make changes. I set myself the goal of stepping back from working directly with clients to focus on running the business. iBrow grew exponentially & continues to grow as a profitable business. This has led me to my next chapter. I want to help other business owners to create more structure within their business & focus on what I consider to be the crucial elements of success.
THE CONCEPT
Most people start a business because they have an amazing product or service and a passion for delivering this to their clients. It’s what they know and what they do best.
However, whether you are a new business owner, or are a well established company, there are many other things involved in running a business and leading a team.
